had to share this pic with you..today's fashion props go to rachel bilson who looked incredible at the moca event in l.a. last night...rachel wore chanel and looked flawless as usual...love this dress , it's so unusual and she offsets the high neck with laid back beachy hair and barely there make-up to avoid the outfit looking too stiff...rachel, do you ever get it wrong ?!
