nme awards

not all fashion is red carpets and stylist-induced; the nme awards brought out a whole different kind of mode this week..music boys and girls took out their own indie-chic glad rags and bottle of jd for the occasion and didn't disapoint..one of my favourites, mark ronson, wore an adorable blue/black checkered shirt and beaten up leather jacket while hanging out with award winners, the drums, in a topman campaigns dream wardrobe of polo shirts, skinny jeans and flannel shirts (parisian bowl cut curls  are a must too)...marina of marina and the diamonds wore a beautiful black sequined dress and continued to keep tongues wagging about her up and coming status (she has been featured in february's vogue..)...agyness deyn and bff henry holland were there too along with lily allen (winner of the 'giving it back fan' award for her twitter treasure hunt) who wore a white lacey number for the red carpet and a black puff-shouldered number for inside, glowing in both outfits! editor krissi murrison caught my eye in a striking drop v orange-coral dress and jet black crop do...all round quirky night, although i'm disappointed kelly osbourne and boyfriend , model luke worrall, weren't in attendance...
