brick lane and the spitalfields market never fails to amaze me and this visit was no exception...beyond retro's stock was over shadowed by the incredibly cool employees and i was far more interested in their dress sense than making sense of the vintage pieces! i only wish i had had the courage to ask them for some 'hometown style' snaps , but alas they were hard at work...

 one of my favourite new finds this time was 'the vintage emporium' : a tea room and vintage shop with some victorian pieces on bacon street...

'luna and curious' took my nmoney and wonder! this incredible store (that i somehow never saw before this trip' has everything from decadent eyelashes and deliciously decorated silk scarves to quirky jewellery...i couldn't resist their selection of china bone tea cups though, designed by welovekaoru (somewhere lady gaga is jealous!)
