london calling ? dior illustrated: rené gruau and the line of beauty' is an exhibition taking place at somerset house until january 2011...the exhibition includes haute couture dresses, illustrations and parfums...most exciting though are the themed events to coincide with the exhibition..i wish i could've attended last wednesday for 'living doll' , where guests were invited to create a paper doll and wardrobe (dior inspired , of course)... i'm hoping i'll somehow end up in london before it finishes to catch it...grau's work is feminine yet strong, striking and soft - here are a few of my favourites by rené....
